PyCharm and Python function annotations

If you're a python programmer, the PyCharm IDE can  use Python 3 function annotations to do type suggestions and warnings.

I made this little animation to demonstrate.

    Is this demo'ing the community version or the paid version of pycharm?   Any particular release level?
