It just slides around when I try to plug it in and leaves cords sprawled across the desk.
So…I opened the case, which splits into a top and bottom half. I screwed the top half to the bottom of my desk, then put it back together.
Now the ports are right where I want them, I don't have to hold the hub with one hand while plugging something in with the other, and it just makes a lot less clutter on top of my desk.

I simply used high strength double-faced tape to do the same. No screwing around. ๐ ๐
I tried tape, but it eventually gave out.
+Robert Rapplean I used a product similar to this http://tinyurl.com/yc3kf85x whose application includes "Mounting dispensers and air fresheners". I did make the mistake, once, of using this to bond to a laminated surface. In attempting to relocate the device a section of the laminate came with. ๐
Good luck replacing the hub when it dies!
Thanks, Ed. I'll have to pick some of that up.
there was already a solution, Velcro! ๐ but not quite as neat and tidy looking as this.
