What is going on in South Dakota?
+Pat Cummings , poor sample size. There are only 12 people un those two counties.
+Pat Cummings According to Google Maps those are Indian reservations. Googling "indian reservation health outcomes" shows a pretty poor state of affairs. https://www.ihs.gov/newsroom/factsheets/disparities/
