I come across so many people on the internet giving advice on how to meet some fitness goal. You know, the ones about how to get rid of tummy fat, get tone arms, etc.

Much of the advice I read sounds plausible.

Pretty much none of it ever includes any scientific evidence, and its infuritating.

  1. In a recent weight loss effort, I've found the Clement/Raymond system to be highly effective, and has some well accepted research behind it.
