Using DNA to detect dark matter.

Using DNA to detect dark matter.

Dark matter can give you cancer — and that may be a good thing.
It may be possible to build a DNA-based detector to measure the “wind” of dark matter blowing through our planet.

  1. ..nope, I think there will be something more subtle as our thoughts. In my opinion our thoughts can be concise and continuously accessible cos that 'secured' subspace part that we like to call dark matter or dark sheen as I know for it but can't find that anywhere in literature or internet.

  2. oh great, another "proposition" for an experiment that hasn't been executed in the three years since it coming out, thus proving there's no data on the matter and speculating on it is still pointless

  3. +Danijel Drnic Then conduct an experiment to prove your claim and publish the results. Otherwise, all you have is a fanciful just-so story.

  4. +Paul T Sjordal tbh past five years I intensively been thinking about how to, hmm, perform this to practice. Only clues I have for now are stories from Africa as manna, then eastern chi energy and some American Indians ancient ones about summoning the rain or weather control as I can tell. For now it is a lot of fun. In short. We are all bounded to the nature, something line in recent movie Avatar, so you know approximately how it should work in general. There is no need to conduct experiments but you got to extend your emotion-intellectual visualizing toward inside world, where you can act and talk with everything around you. But there is a catch. Nature, universe, is not talk as we do, in words, but in gestures and motions. Now I can say it's like programming of computer, almost the same but on natural way. If you can push yourself to believe what you do and wait for results you'll be amused how it really work. Only one thing there is and I find it as a huge problem here. You should had a exactly experience about what you are doing or you won't make it at all. No drugs involved. We know it in western civilization as soul and when you learn how to access that area, you can do things. For example fix how the weather will flow or even large a tree down. Really fascinating thing if you take it for real. Voodoo is one good example of it, as the story I have follow but no practical knowledge , all fraud. But all the ancient stories lead there where I was ones found myself accidental. Soul is real, and it creates everything. Thing in nature is that nothing happens in real time as we get use to, plug-n-play logic won't play here.

  5. +Paul T Sjordal I m curious about your opinion if possible w/o judging if you got one in this case.

  6. +Danijel Drnic Are you joking with me? Or do you seriously believe those things?

  7. +Paul T Sjordal
    O reply. Thanks.
Not at all, as I was mentioned previously up in my answer there is promptly given few examples where I have calm down my self. Exactly I was ask my self is this a joke or what.

But when you think words and numbers are merely just a symbols made by humans and understandable only by them/us.
Recently holy father our Pope in catholic church, claim that God is not a guy with magic wand. I agree on that level with this man.
Next if you think that words and numbers are magical things or even if we go more down timeline in our history there is even symbols as runes and they are partially in believing taken as magical, if you are introduced to them. There is just too many examples during human history.
And yes it's not about me and my opinion, ours, you and your set of understanding how this universe work for real. Modern science has risen from secret of triangle math and there is not that much out there that look or even smell like triangle. Trying to understand universe with given logic is just like a painter trying to explain what is orange on canvas with orange paint blob. Words, numbers, schools etc. does not exist in this universe nor will ever. Do you believe in that joke !?? Seriously ??!

P.S. we are connected differently with nature not over the numbers and words. Interface is intellectual as it was expected to be.

  9. +Danijel Drnic
God doesn't have a magic wand, therefore it is wrong for me to say he is a magic man who uses magic?

    What a curious argument.

Anyway, the debate is over why things are true and what kind of truth they are.

Mathematical truths are not absolute truths. They are axiomatic truths that are true because they are internally consistent with a set of rules that we all agree to follow. I have no idea if those who study the philosophy of math agree with me that math truths are axiomatic (I believe most of them use a priori which is intellectual-speak for "We don't actually know why it is true"), I can tell you that they will admit that we cannot call mathematical truths absolutes.

It seems that we are checkmate. Nothing in nature to proof we are right and all we are doing is not that wrong, it left bitter taste in your mouth. I haven't read for a really long time this reasonable answer to my doubt. I just feel sad that after all this time we made this progress to here, to this particular spot in time we rushing toward our own end in technological singularity with out no future questions about what we have lost on our way to here.
Everything has a soul. I know, I see and I don't need words to talk. This is just ridiculous.
Thanks for understanding. Have a great life man.

  11. +Danijel Drnic
    It's not a checkmate.

You have made a truth claim, and have failed to support your truth claim.

While it is technically possible that your truth claim is true despite your inability to demonstrate that it is true, this puts your truth claim in the same category is faeries, bigfoot, UFO visitations, etc. We cannot disprove any of those things either.

  12. +Paul T Sjordal
Okey. This is how I see things. Modern science work on the very simple method. Proof. But the way how you get to proof is questionable.
We base whole concept on giving the explanation on one of many languages. If you are known with syntax and electronic and mnemonic arrays etc. in modern computer science.
Now, no matter on which programming language you give proof/code that work everyone will 'think' that this is true. But the true claim in electronic is nothing but bare logic as logical circuit. We are not proving that electronic exist but that your logic, code, works.
There is one little problem that most the people don't see as fixed match. All the electronic work on 5.5v and so on and on. Don't want to go deeper but this one variable is enough to see where the problem is. This is fixed value that we did in advance. Then we use same fixed rules to get to proof but based on values that we clam is true. No 5.5v is not true it's just electric current that all electronic operates on. That is not true and it not proves anything. All other algorithms works on that fixed reality-false mnemonic logic.
Truth in metallurgy is melting point. There is nothing like voodoo in it. Chemistry is just determination and doing experiments till you get something that may give you properties that are interesting and then you will find where you can apply it. No rocket was flown from the paper straight on etc.

Secret of life is not hidden in our philosophy or math or science in general, we have not saw right proof on right way. We give false-positive recognition names to all the things around us and then we think that is true. This is not right and correct. Like I told for this 'Interface is not like we think in physics or math, interface is intellectual as it was expected.'

  13. +Danijel Drnic No, that's not how things work.

Scientific ideas are tested against reality. If they pass the tests, we tentatively accept the ideas. If they fail the tests, we reject the ideas. It really is that simple.

Not all ideas are equally valid. We can compare them to reality and say that one idea is more valid than the other. This is the simple and basic premise on which all science works, and the fact that your computer works is proof that this method works.

Not one scientific truth has been found using your preferred method of finding the truth, and therein lies your problem.

But if this logic is at least good, why humans don't have wings ??

  15. +Paul T Sjordal
Birds has them, so it's still optional. You never know. Thing is if we cut off natural evolution with techno singularity that we are already in we may do errors in our development.
I say there is a chance for all possible recombination. On the end there is telepathy as known but not explored phenomena also farseeing and all things I have mentioned earlier and we know for them from ancient not that far far human history.
In other words we are growing dumber in stead more adjusted to this nature and universe. All plug-n-play is not good to get use to.
Technology is cool stuff but in less usage can be even useful but this is just too much technology over common knowledge about us, real us.
There is a little frog that froze itself over winter and get out from stasis in spring. Do I need wings, sure I would like to have one pair. Don't you !? 😀

  16. +Danijel Drnic
I don't think you understand how evolution works if you think humans should have wings.

  17. +Paul T Sjordal
This way we will never know that for sure, I m sure in this. Wings or something else. It would be more fun.

  18. +Danijel Drnic
If the only way to know something is to lower your standards of evidence, then that something isn't true.

  19. +Paul T Sjordal
Nope never was and it never will, but the problem is in our system not in us, system can't and won't enter whole way in us, but this can left us in some ugly half state with ugly scars. This may be irreparable.
