While there are no scientific data to demonstrate that millions of people have become allergic or intolerant to gluten (or to other wheat proteins), there is convincing and repeated evidence that dietary self-diagnoses are almost always wrong, particularly when the diagnosis extends to most of society.

Of all things people choose to fear, they pick Gluten. My god, couldn't they have picked more legitimate dietary evils? Take sugar for instance….
I've eliminated grain. No need to eat it. The nutrients are easily gotten elsewhere, and I've lost tons of weight. Best decision ever.

+Andres Soolo yeah. I havent eliminated all grain though, because I do eat low carb pita containing oat bran and flax. That's the only grain-stuff i have.
