  2. It's the largest non-spherical mostly because anything much bigger will eventually become spherical due to its own gravity.

  3. get it safe on ocean and you have ~300km floating island. But as it consist of water ice and bit of rock it would melt down and probably break apart.

  4. I wonder if it was just an oversized comet that got captured.
