    …after spending 20 seconds trying to fit it in mouth; and 2-3 minutes cleaning the thing after each use?

    Not as good as you'd imagine. Not long enough for a lot of the active ingredients in toothpaste to do their job. This won't be all that efficient for whitening teen or strengthening enamel.

    I'd be interested in an overnight type thing that cleans while whitening and whatnot,
