    The funny thing about EULAs of all sorts is that for a contract to be binding, all parties must be identified.

    That's freaking awesome. I've just done a half day workshop on policy writing which included some case law examples. I suspect this would have a better than even chance of standing up in court ๐Ÿ˜€

    A letter opener across the top would have worked just as well – but I take the point! I used to do this so many times when I worked in IT, just because I thought it was a dicky move on the part of the (Micro)software company.
